The hip hop act shocked everyone when she stepped out looking less of her former self at the Alexander Wang's H&M collection launch in New York Thursday.
According to reports, the 43-year-old 'Work It' hit-maker has lost up to 70 pounds after being diagnosed with the Graves' Disease back in 2011.
Elliott took to Twitter after her performance on Thursday and posted a rather surprising picture of her new self and then wrote:
"Just got off stage thanks @ALEXANDERWANGNY and @hmusa for having me perform I enjoyed."
The rapper sported a sporty outfit with a mean-girls-inpsired cap that read, "You Can't Work-out With Us".
